Jap Chae - Korean Glass Noodle

I have always loved this dish and kept thinking that I'm gonna "replicate" it someday. 3 years flew by. I didn't mean to procrastinate time and again BUT... the thought of having lotsa prep work to be done really puts me off!

Today, I have finally came to conquer my fear. Armed with my recipe book (which I've looked through the recipe umpteen times), I was determined to put my thoughts into action. Following the recipe to a tee, this was the final product which made Mr. Blockhead craved for more :D
